Kenya’s John Korir won the men’s 2026 Boston Marathon on Monday, finishing first in the race for the second consecutive year and setting a course record in the process.
Korir finished with a time of 2:01:52, 55 seconds ahead of Tanzania's Alphonce Felix Simbu, who placed as the runner-up for the second year in a row. With that time, Korir ran to the fastest finish for the event in its 130-year history.
