After yet another early playoff exit, the Toronto Maple Leafs have found their next coach. Former Los Angeles Kings coach Jim Hiller will join the Maple Leafs as the 41st head coach in franchise history, the team announced Wednesday.

Hiller, 57, put up a 93-58 record in three seasons with the Kings.

Despite posting a winning record in 58 games with the Kings this past season, Hiller was fired by the franchise after the team fell short of expectations.
