Formula One returns this weekend after a five-week break with the Miami Grand Prix. It’s the first race on U.S. soil for 2026, meaning it’s also the first race of the season to have a decent start time for U.S. viewers (4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT). Miami Grand Prix TV channel
F1 races used to air on ESPN and ESPN2 in the U.S., but Apple TV has signed an exclusive five-year deal to be the U.S. broadcaster of Formula 1 starting this season. That means the Australian Grand Prix and every other race of the 2026 F1 season will stream live on Apple TV.

How to watch the 2026 F1 season
Apple TV is the new home of F1 racing. In addition to access to every F1 race of the season, the platform offers award-winning shows like Severance, Ted Lasso, Shrinking and The Morning Show plus great original movies.

An F1 TV Premium subscription is now included with Apple TV. You can activate your free subscription using your Apple TV credentials and an existing F1 account.
